OVERVIEW
CONFIDENTIAL AT THIS TIME
THE ROLE
The role of Vice President Sales is to manage a group of strong hand
selected Area Sales Managers. P. Jason King Associates, Inc. already
has signed agreement to source entire National Sales Force of between
18-30 Area Sales Managers. Sales Force candidates will be only local
residents throughout the US. VP Sales will be the sole hiring decision
concerning the Sales Force and the Support Team.
Will also sell directly to National Accounts.
EDUCATION
The preferred candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
from a four year college or university; or 10+ years of related experience
and/or training; or equivalent of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
• East coast residents (east coast experience and mentality)
• Working in a similar position within the travel industry or
related industries.
• Sales management (achieving sales/profit goals for sales territory/region)
• Business acumen (business knowledge, competitor awareness, organization
strategies)

While performing this job, it will require:
• Eight (8) hours or more a day of sitting; walking; standing; bending;
answering the telephone; entering data into the computer; retrieving data
from the computer or analyzing data from reports.
• This position may require overnight travel up to 30% (including
travel by car and by airplane).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to fly
on an airplane.
