P. Jason King Executive Search division collects information from our
clients through our "Executive Registry", as well as from
our other divisions. P. Jason King Associates, Inc. is the sole owner
of this information; we will not sell, share, or rent this information
in ways other than those described in this statement.
Executive
opportunities
To apply for a job on this website, you must complete our Executive
Registry (our online Application form). We use the information you
provide on this application - your name, street and e-mail addresses,
and your résumé - to contact you about the placement services
you've expressed interest in, such as those found in "Current Searches",
in the event your background matches our current client's full Job Descriptions.
"Cookies"
Usage
A "cookie" is a piece of data, stored on your computer's hard
drive that contains information about you. This information makes it
easier and faster for you to use various sites. With a cookie, you don't
have to keep providing the same contact information again and again;
the cookie "remembers" it. Yours In Travel Group, and its
parent company P. Jason King Associates, Inc., does not use Cookies.
Log
files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s
movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Sharing
In the future, P. Jason King Associates,
Inc. may share general demographic information with
third parties. This information is not linked to the personal information
of any individual.
We do not partner with other outside parties.
Surveys
and contests
When you choose to participate in a survey or contest conducted on our
site, we may ask you for specific types of information. This information
may include routine contact data, name and address; or demographic data,

(In SUBJECT BOX place words REMOVE).. Once we have removed/deleted your
file, and you change your mind, you will have to re-apply. We do not
archive or store duplicate files in our database.
Security
P. Jason King Associates, Inc.
takes every precaution to protect the information you've supplied to
us. When you submit sensitive information to our website, that information
is protected, both online and offline.
We're scrupulous about protecting user information offline. Access to
all user information, sensitive or routine, is restricted, in our offices
and at our hosting facilities. Only those employees who use the information
as part of their jobs, recruiters for example, are granted access to
personally identifiable information.
Our employees must log in to a password-protected area to access this
information. All employees are updated regularly on our security and
privacy practices. The servers on which personally identifiable information
is stored are housed inside a secure facility.
Correcting
and updating personal information
If your personally identifiable information, such as your zip code,
changes, or if you no longer wish to use our service, at your request
we will correct, update, or remove the personal data you've provided.
Unfortunately you cannot send new résumés or add items
such as skills. In order to submit a new résumé you will
need to re-do our Executive Registry.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes
in this area, so you can review the types of information we collect,
how we use it, and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
Our practice is to use information in accordance with the privacy policy
under which the information was collected. If at any time we decide
to use personally identifiable information in a manner inconsistent
with that stated at the time the information was collected, we will
notify you by e-mail. You may advise us at any time not to use this
information.

We make every effort to ensure that your personal information remains
secure on our system. Unfortunately, no data transmission can be guaranteed
100% secure. Therefore we can't guarantee the security of any information
you transmit to us; you transmit this information at your own risk.
