OVERVIEW
Travel Conglomerate relocating to the BOS Area. In order to qualify
you MUST be currently employed with the same employer for no less than
5 years (this item is non-negotiable). Must have managed (with the proper
chain of command) a large travel company staff of over 200 employees.
MUST have experience in Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations,
and Finance. Business references must be excellent. EXCELLENT BENEFITS

THE ROLE
The role of Senior Vice President will be the Number 3 person in charge
of the entire company. Reporting to the President, you will be in responsible
for all departments, with emphasis on marketing and sales. Will be responsible
for reviewing and determinating ultimate budgets for all departments.
Must be a mentor while being a strong delegator.
EDUCATION
The preferred candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
from a four year college or university; or 5-10 years of related experience
and/or training; or equivalent of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
The preferred candidate has noteworthy experience in the following areas:
• Working in a similar position within the travel industry or
related industries
• Senior management level experience.
• Business acumen (business knowledge, competitor awareness, organization
strategies)
