OVERVIEW
This role acts as the coordinating point for Service Delivery to a Fortune 500 American Corporation.
Will be responsible for ensuring service consistency and driving operations projects and best practice.
This includes liaising with local market Service Delivery teams to ensure delivery of operational
metrics and also acting as the key contact point for escalation and resolution of any service
related issues. It also requires working closely with the Corporation's Regional Travel Manager/Branch
Support Manager and both the Global Service Delivery and Local Service Delivery to achieve the agreed
travel program goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide liaison between Corporation's Regional Travel Manager/Branch Support Manager and Local Service Delivery teams.
- Accountable and responsible for the overall service delivery and building relationships with senior management, Business Unit Head of the Corporation.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with the Corporation's Travel policy and operational procedures in all markets.
- Consolidate travel in India, Japan with agreed timeline.
- Provide regular communication to Corporation's Regional Travel Manager/Branch Support Manager and Local Service Delivery teams keeping them appraised of travel advisories, new developments and initiatives.
- Liaise with Service Delivery teams to understand obstructions with any processes causing challenges to Operations and engage Regional Travel Manager/Branch Support Manager and Service delivery team to drive process changes.
- Consolidate service related issues across markets and link with local Service Delivery Teams to close open issues.
- Deliver agreed reporting to Corporation's Regional Travel Manager on key operational metrics.
- Delivery of monthly P&anp;L to the Corporation on the agreed format.
- Liaise with Quality Teams to understand route cause of Operational Service Delivery issues and link with Training/Market Service Delivery Teams to introduce systematized improvement.
- Conduct regular meeting/conference call with Local Service Delivery team and Global Service Delivery team.
- Conduct regular review meeting with Corporation's Regional Travel Manager/Business Unit Head and user travel seminars.
- Travel within Asia as required.
- Accountable and responsible for the execution of agreed projects/initiatives.

EDUCATION
The preferred candidate will hold a BA or a BS in Business from a four year US College
or University, or equivalent in Travel Industry skills equal to a minimum of 15 current
years in the Travel Industry.

performing this job, it will require:

Eight (8) hours
or more a day of sitting; walking; standing; bending; answering the
telephone; entering data into the computer; retrieving data from the
computer or analyzing data from reports.

may require overnight travel up to 50% (including travel by car and
by airplane).

Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to fly on commercial airplanes and private corporate aircraft.
