OVERVIEW
Responsible for all management of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, operation, and budgeting efforts of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Day to day running of a diversified Prestigious Large Tour Operation. This company has been in business for over 20 years. Due to the confidential nature of this opening replacing current person in the position. Location will NOT be discussed initially.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Must have 10+ Years in a Management role of an International Tour Operation. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting and negotiating with suppliers. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate staff. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

EDUCATION
The preferred candidate will hold a BA or a BS in Business from a four year College or University. Company will accept non-degreed candidates as long as their travel industry background exceeds minimum requirements.

performing this job, it will require:

Eight (8) hours
or more a day of sitting; walking; standing; bending; answering the
telephone; entering data into the computer; retrieving data from the
computer or analyzing data from reports.

This position
may require overnight travel up to 40% (including travel by car and
by airplane).

Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to
fly on commercial airplanes and private corporate aircraft.
