All Payments are required in full. We will accept personal or company checks if received by our processing division at least 15 days prior to your first appointment. If payment is sent within 14 days prior to your first appointment, you must send a certified check, bank check, or money order. All Payments must clear our bank prior to your first appointment. In the event that a check is returned, a $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee will be assessed. Make check payable to P. Jason King Associates, Inc. and mail to POWER SERIES, P. Jason King Associates, Inc., General Mail Depot, P.O. Box 819, Canadensis, PA 18325-0819. CANCELLATION POLICIES - All fees are non-refundable. - No refunds will be given. - We reserve the right to re-schedule an appointment if necessary. Participant also has the right to re-schedule an appointment if necessary, however, a minimum of 24 hours is required. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of fee. - We also reserve the right to cancel the participation of any individual we may consider objectionable or not willing to work with us, with payment forfeited. Also, if participant is unwilling to provide us with any additional information we require in order to complete his/her Résumé, and this occurs more than once, we have the right to cancel with payment forfeited. TAPING DEVICES No taping devices of any kind are to be used during the workshops, unless written permission has been provided. Failure to comply will result in dismissal from the workshop and forfeiture of fee. WARRANTS OR GUARANTEES We make no warrants, guarantees, or promises that the participant(s) will obtain an interview, or offer of employment as a result of our services. Company/participant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold The King Group, The King Group of Companies, Yours In Travel, Yours In Travel Group, P. Jason King Associates, Inc., PowerSeries.US and any and all subsidiaries or divisions of the above mentioned companies, or its principals, officers, directors, managers, or designated persons, harmless from any and all claims, lawsuits, attorney's fees, and costs associated with participant's attendance in any workshops, seminars, presentations, résumé writing, career development including, but not limited to, any other as stated above or similar to those stated above but with a different title.
